Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or that was listed on your behalf was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes:

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Kota-Notes.com will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of sellers or users who are repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.
