Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid claim, we will:
- Review the notice within 7 business days
- Temporarily remove or disable access to the disputed listing while under review
- Notify the seller/uploader of the claim
- Take appropriate action, including permanent removal, if the claim is substantiated
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the following:
- Identification of the material removed and its original location on the site
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in [your city/state]
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringement
Kota-Notes.com reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts of sellers who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party copyright.
