Refund & Return Policy – Kota Notes

At Kota Notes, we take pride in providing high-quality notes and study materials from Kota’s top teachers, toppers, and popular institutes. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product (e.g., different subject or exam than ordered).

  • The product is physically damaged upon delivery.

  • The product has major printing or binding defects that make it unusable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (PDF notes, e-books, or any downloadable content) are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

  • Notes and materials that have been used, marked, or altered by the customer.

  • Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@kota-notes.com or WhatsApp us at +91 78569 69529 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order ID, photos of the product, and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong or defective product, we can replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
